The AI plays hard to beat and even quite often tries to shoot the moon or recognizes it if you try. Very enjoyable!
Love your game! Would be even better if the Queen of Spades would also make sound, like back in the old Windows game.
Also replaying a game against the AIs would be nice.
I have played thousands of games over the years and still enjoy the game. Would prefer to win a bit more, but that hasnt stopped me from playing every single day.
Reasonably challenging. Would be more so if computer opponents played higher hearts to stop someone shooting the moon.
This app is well done. The interface is intuitive, the AI works well, and the graphics are smooth. Ive enjoyed this for quite a while, but hated losing all the time. I finally caved and set the AI to medium, and now Im getting balanced but not easy games. Well done. If you like the game, youll love this app.
I play at least one game a day. I play until I win or at least am not the highest score. Love it!
Some bad moments
I liked the earlier version, but this one is definitely new & improved.
One improvement I particularly like is the "undo".
Occasionally, my finger might hit the keyboard, and the game would advance before I had a chance to make a move that I had seen. This frustration has been removed.
Good game but in Jack of Diamonds game, when someone shoots moon and another player takes the Jack, game blows up and boots the players. Needs to be fixed.
The quality is similar to what you would have had on a Motorola flip from 1999.
I downloaded this app cause i couldnt stand the ads on my other Hearts game... I think Ill just put up with the 30 second ads instead.
It seems in single player mode that the program preys on you or picks the loser.
Pretty good game except the multiplayer crashes and boots players about once every three games. Usually occurs after someone shoots the moon. Very annoying!!!!!
Great layout, plays well but the card distribution is rigged. If, by selecting to play "difficult", it means getting screwed on the card distribution, then yes, this is difficult. I get the queen, King, or ace of spades, usually 2 or all 3 over 75% of the time. As one of four players, the odds dont stack up. I agree that the AI players "see" the cards I have. There is no way they can play the way they do otherwise. I have written to the developer but never received a response.
After playing hundreds of games, Ive deleted it. The card distribution is rigged, plain and simple. With four players, I should not be getting the Queen of Spades over 75% of the time, often by itself or just one other spade.
